Amphibious Vehicles for Wetland Access

A Swamp Rider combines oversized tires with amphibious capability for routes that include both land and water. The SR-V lineup uses a 24.8 HP diesel engine, automatic transmission and steering wheel controls. Its 54-inch tires help the vehicle travel through challenging off-road terrain.

Choosing a vehicle starts with the access route. Ground conditions, water crossings, available clearance and the combined weight of people and gear all affect the right setup. Tell us where the work is and what needs to get there.

Swamp Rider Applications

  • Pipeline and utility access. Reach inspection locations, rights-of-way and maintenance areas across difficult ground.
  • Environmental fieldwork. Move survey personnel, monitoring equipment and sampling supplies to remote wetland locations.
  • Industrial project support. Transport tools, parts and field personnel between access points and work areas.
  • Storm response access. Assess transportation options when flooding or damaged access routes interrupt normal travel.

Compare Swamp Rider Models

The Swamp Rider lineup includes an open cab model, an enclosed front cabin and a dual cabin configuration. Compare seating and weather protection before choosing a model for your project.

SR-V ROPS

The SR-V ROPS has an open cab design and seating for two. It offers the core Swamp Rider drivetrain and amphibious capability in a straightforward configuration for projects that do not require an enclosed front cabin.

SR-V Cabin

The SR-V Cabin adds an enclosed front cabin with seating for two. A standard heater and an optional secondary Webasto diesel heating system provide options for cold weather operation. This configuration adds protection from the elements while retaining the rear cargo box.

SR-V Max

The SR-V Max uses a dual cabin layout with seating for up to six. Its enclosed rear cabin provides additional protected space for people or gear. The manufacturer also identifies this configuration for search and rescue applications, with a rear cabin Webasto diesel heater.
